Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. Scent is a very personal experience and we encourage you to purchase samples before committing to a full-size perfume.
We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for defective or broken items only within 30 days of purchase. Must show proof of purchase.

If you need to cancel and order please do so within 24 hours of your order.
Promotions and Coupon Codes
Promotions and Coupon Codes are only valid through the applicable dates and cannot be applied retroactively. Promotions and Coupon Codes must be applied at checkout. If the promotion and/or coupon codes are not applied at checkout, then the company is not liable to honor the promotion/coupon code.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our studio in Vermont, where we create and formulate all of our products. Our products are handmade in micro batches using the purest ingredients.
Do you offer free shipping?
Vert Mont Perfumery offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $100.00 or more. Orders over $100 always ship for free—no promotion or coupon code needed. Free shipping is available to all U.S. orders. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.
